Running sustanon 250 1 amp a week need 200 mg deca from tornel hlp

i'm on week 4 of 1 amp sustanon and 200 mg deca per week. one injection on mondays. No results yet first cycle what can i expect and when. and plan to go 10 weeks any help or comment needed

lol, that dose is way to low to see any signifigant results, sustanon needs to be shot at least EOD to see gains, and a minimum of 500mg/week.
