1-16 enan 500 mg ew
1-15 eq 500 mg ew
?12-17? prop 75 mg ed??? (is this necessary if no cutter is being used?)
17-21 pct

Why would you run prop. at the end of the cycle? To cut? I would run the prop for about 5 weeks at the beginning, but that is just me.
I run that shit all the way through!
You would run prop at the end of the cycle so you can go into pct 3 days after last prop shot if stretched out beyond a longer ester.Quote:

Yeah 7%....I had it down to 4% when I was eating right and runnin winny. My metabolism is high and all my weight is up top. Gaining weight is difficult for me, but runnin for a week will give me perfect abs. I'd give anything to be the opposite.Quote:

Having the control of stopping whenever you want is a great thing. What if you get heart probs, get caught, get weird sides, or anything? prop lets you get your pct going within days.
and dont worry bout poking yourself, after 1 week on prop you wont even care that its time to poke yourself again.
