Help with Test Flu

I woke up this morning feeling like shit with flu symptoms so I figuered I got test fly. I'm on my third week and ussaly train 5days a week MOn-Fri
HOw long does the test flu ussally LAst? Should I keep training?
Its almost the weekend so I was thinking having THurs Fri Sat and Sun off
that would affect my gains one week of undertraining will it?

I train through mine. I get it every now and then and it never lasts more than 8 to 16 hours...

I've gotten if before, for me it always lasts about 24 hours and that's it.

I've been getting it too. It's doesn't last as long now as it did earlier in my cycle. for me it starts about 8 hours after inject and now lasts about 12-16 hours. I'm six weeks into my cycle. Hopefully it will stop soon. But I always train through it. Don't miss a workout unless your temp. is over 101.
