I'm getting ready to start my eq/winny cycle. Just looking for some input on how I should take it. I'm definetly running the eq for 10 weeks and the winny for 6 weeks starting week 5 @ 50mg ED. My main goal in this cycle is to harden up and cut up. Right now I'm 6' 200lbs about 10% body fat. I was also thinking of running clenbuterol for the length of the cycle as well. Also how should setup my diet as far as calorie, protein, carb intake?

Add test to it? Even for a cutting cycle? if so what type? I wsa going by a sample cycle on the web page that showed eq & winny. How should I run the eq? Its qv 200 so how many mg's and how often?

I would atleast add a low dose test like 250mg per week. Diet determines whether a cycle is a cutter or bulker. Start winny at week 8 and run it to week 13 (6 weeks, any longer and your joints will be very painful.) Start pct 3 weeks after last eq shot and 1 day after last winny.

I am doing a similar cycle in a few months, but I am adding a small amount of test to be on the safe side.
1-13 Test E 250mg/week
1-12 EQ 250mg/2 x week
9-15 Winny 50mg/ED

Clen is a pyrogenic, so it will multiply the cutting effect of the diet pills by 3-4 times.. that will work better than winny/clen stack with the cramps and bad workouts.
And yea run Tren/Fina ED not EOD! i would say 50-75mg/ED, and remember to rotate injection spots to keep from damageing receptors (i rotate 10 different places) and asperate regularly!!
