I'm getting ready to start my eq/winny cycle. Just looking for some input on how I should take it. I'm definetly running the eq for 10 weeks and the winny for 6 weeks starting week 5 @ 50mg ED. My main goal in this cycle is to harden up and cut up. Right now I'm 6' 200lbs about 10% body fat. I was also thinking of running clenbuterol for the length of the cycle as well. Also how should setup my diet as far as calorie, protein, carb intake?
