Bad Knees
Guys,
I've been out of working out for about a year now because I had both of my knees pretty much replaced, due to a motorcycle. Of course I am getting back with my trainer, and getting back in the swing of things. Though I need a really good way to work on cardio, running is out of the question until my knees improve, I was thinking something along the lines of a ski machine?
Any suggestions?

use the elliptical machine ... no stress on the knees and gets ur arms involved

are you taking any supps like glucosamine,chondriton,msm. they help rebuild and lube up joints.
