I have heard a lot of iddle talk about the best way to use clen when trying to loose weight, I am 22y/o 5'9 185. When I start I plan to introduce a healthy diet drink plenty of water and do some cardio. Is there anything else I should do to maximize performance? Or maybe anything I should deff. stay away from? I also heard somthing about robotusin? I dont know what though. Any info would be appreciated.
