6 months on cycle

I have been on for six months
300mg deca a week
100mg sustanon 250 eod
15 mg dynabol twice a day for 6 weeks

Switched to Winstrol for 4 weeks
Resumed with deca and sustanon 250 as preciously

The gains initially were fantastic.
Somehow i have hit a wall and seem to be going backward.
Cant seem to push my weigh above 90kg
My body fat % is about 9%

Now all you moral roid bunnies relax.
My question is should i stay off just as long as i have been on.
I have taken clomed and Pregnyl 1500 I.E ever so often.

What would the best PCT be in this case.
