i have seen some with 40% but i got some with 20% because that is what i found

There are indicateions that enough tribulus will allow you to not be so shut down... you make small amounts of LH and therefore small amounts of natural testosterone production.

Tongkat ali may do the same but also it dramatically lowers sex hormone binding globulins which in a sense keeps your tollerance to testosterone LOW. So many places recommend taking tongkat and tribulis DURING cycle sort of as an herbal HCG . For PCT care, these herbals have the ability to double and triple the effectiveness of clomid, and PCT is even better if tongkat and tribulis were taken during the cycle as well.

Its the active resin found in tribulis, sort of like the active resin THC is to marijuana. The thicker and richer the saponis, the more effective the tribulis is.
