Test+Deca Cycle

this is my 3rd cycle, i'm on 600 mg Test, 400 mg Deca per week for 12 weeks.
6". 25 years old, BF is 11-13%
with a diet program of : 325 g protien, 400 g carbs, 75 g fats. does that sound suffiecient?

at 220 lbs you need more like 400-450gms of protein per day

2 gm protein per pound of body weight is optimum
1.5gms per pound of body weight is minimum

make sure you run the test longer than the decca
but you prob already knew that

run an anti e during your cycle
i'd go with nolva 10mg ed and ldex .25mg ed

I'd run the nolva at 20 mg/ day....also end it with some winny to cut up
