    Primo VAR Cycle

    Im thinking about going on a primo var cycle.. Which would look like this
    Primobolan 1-6wk 200mg
    Anavar 30mg 4-10wk
    What kind of gains should i exspect from this cycle.

    primo at 200mg will not do anything at all. you need min 500mg

    var should be run 1-10

    Oh so your saying 500mg would be the min for primo.. But i here alot of people saying they got decent gains with 200-300mg of primo

    most people dont know the diff from good gains to ok gains. you are looking for lean solid muscle . what you gain solid muscle is whan you keep most of it

    hey

    Run the Primobolan (Enanth or Acet??) for 10 weeks at 400-500mgs. Run teh anavar at 40mgs ED throughout.

    What made you decide on the Primo?

    I looked at it for a while when deciding what to stack with the Test Enth i'm going to be cycling soon.

    I was looking at Primo and Deca

    I've decided to go for the Deca

    My priority at this stage is mass

    Just interested to hear your views and what made you go for the Primo

    The main reason why i go with primo is that its not much of a detction time.. It should leave the system in 5-6 weeks. And it wont give you any water weight retention which wont benifit me at all. I just wanna stay lean and ripped, not big and bulky with high bf

    you would be better off with test prop and some l-dex.

    People who i have trained with said they had decent gains in streghth and gains.. With primo at 200mg, But it probally would be more if i bump it up too 400mg wk

    Im 180 now.. Im just looking to gain some extra lean muscle to my already built frame and shed bodyfat since im a sprinter..I dont want too end up over 195 tho.

    go with primo..but maybe a little more than 200mg/wk. Maybe 400/wk
    Since primo is $$$ save your money and go with tbol for 4-6 wks over the var. Just what I would do. I'm about to do a cycle sinalier to this..not to gain mass but just lean lbs and drop BF%

    Do you guys know the detection time for tbol.. I havnt herd much about it just this past mouth i herd people talking about.. I WONT USE ANYTHING THATS STAYS IN THE SYSTEM FOR MORE THAN 2 MOUTH

    I am on a primo var cycle now and I love the stuff. Great gains in strength, lean muscle and none of the negative sides I get from test.

    How much strength gains did you have on the primo var cycle and how much weight you put on? .. Im gonna do the same cycle in the next week or so

    AHHAHAHA I workout 3-6 days a week.. And when my offseason comes i will be in the gym pumping weights twice a day 6 days a week. I wanna get the max out of my body

    This is a common mistake bro...way too much lifting and not enough rest. Rest is as important as working out, or you won't see much gain. After you tear up fiber in a good workout, if you tear it again before recovery, you will see little to no results. You should work out no more than 4 days a week and lift no more than 50-60 minutes, otherwise cortizal build up starts undoing what you are trying to do.

    I am up about 15 lbs of weightt on this cycle. I do gain more weight on test, but not as lean as it is on this cycle, and no bloat whatsoever.

    This thread is looking too thoughtful. Where is there reply "no test=no cycle" or the ever popular "you gotta ad some test in there bro?" LOL! I would run the primo at 400/WK and the var around 40/day. You should see some solid gains.

    lol no test for me.. Im an tested athleate, I wouldnt use no test.. only if it left my system in less than 2 mouths time

    Ya i dont like test too.. alot of guys i knew that used test got bad acne because of it. i want no part of that.. when i could just use something else.
