Someone said in an earlier post that shotting test E only once a week would increase the risk of side effects. Can someone explain how that is, cause it's supposed to have a 1/2 life of like 10-14 days. How would 1/week frequency increase side effects?

theoretically it shouldnt be like that...
but just think about it... something that has to work long and drawn out will not be as reliable as something that is done everyday.
I think what someone may have been gettin' at is that if you start experiencing sides with Enanthate or Cyp, then it takes longer for it to clear the system, so the sides continue without intervention for a longer period of time, unlike Prop which dissipates a lot quicker.
A lotta times Tren is used as an example. When you start with Tren, folks tend to discourage the useage of the long ester Tren, because if the sides get to be unbearable, you have to deal with them for a lot longer due to the effects of the ester.

There have been graphs posted that illustrate what happens to test levels in the days following an injection, and the levels with different dosing schedules. The response for test C or E is much smoother, and smooth much sooner, when you shoot 2x/week or more frequently than when you shoot weekly. Spikes in test levels cause aromatization. Dips in test levels allow estrogen, dht, etc to have a more pronounced effect. It is like a big pump, pumping out side effects, when you shoot weekly. Forget about the half-life... it is not okay to just stay within it. Also your levels on the day where you are halfway to the half-life point are NOT 75% of max... it isn't that simple. Go with 2x/week or E3D injections for long esters of test, and ED or EOD for sust or other blends that contain short esters, and ED for prop or other straight short esters.
