hi, i noticed many people actually recommend b6 to be taken with roids cycle...can anyone elaborate more on that? why? i heard it prevents gyno...how? and what does b12 do too? is injectable b12 better than pill version? thanks alot

It is effective for Progestorone induced gyno as it helps keep your prolactin levels under control.
B12 is good for energy and helps increase you appetite. Recommended starting dosage is 500mg ed or 1000mg eod. Can be shot SubQ so it's painless. The pill version has to travel through your liver where most of it's efficacy is degraded. Injectible is far superior and cheap.
