Started cycle today..

Hey guys, I just started my cycle which consists of 10weeks of Test E at 500mg per week and 50mg dbol per day for the first four weeks. Today was my first day and I have taken about 50mgs of dbol and the test. I worked out today and it went bad. I was so pumped after my first set of dumbell press that I couldn't really get through the workout very well. I was also weaker than I normally am, so I don't know if that has anything to do with the it or not? I am just confused because today was my first day and I wouldn't think the gear would have any effect so soon. I don't know.

nah,you didn't try to double what you normally press did you? just stick to your same routines, but add a little more weight than usual as you progress through your workout.

as for feeling weak, you probably should have had a cup of coffee prior to your workout.

it'll take awhile for the test to kick in. like 4 weeks.

nah mate nothin to do with the gear in my op,you just had a bad day at the gym.

Just forget it, There is always tomorrow!
