    how does this look?

    thinking of giving this a try:
    week 1 to 24 500mg test-e/week
    week 1to 4, 8 -12, 16-20 10 units slin pwo
    week 4 to 8, 12-16, 20-24 40mcg IGF-1
    week 1 to 24 10mg nolva/day
    clomid/nolva pct. I have hcg but not sure about dosage and timming in the cycle. I am looking for lean gains and maby drop a little BF as well. sort of a cutting cycle. that said, do you think I should drop the slin and just stick with IGF-1?
    stats: 28yrs, 235lbs, 13%bf, 6 years trainning.
    it will be my 4th cycle. last time around I did 1200mg test/week. I did not notice anything better than when 500mg/week, so I figure I will stick with 500mg. do you guys think that is enough?

    sounds like a mass building cycle imo..
    slin will store everything u put in, its definately a bulking tool, not a cutting... anything! if your looking to trim a bit with this cycle - insulin use probably isnt the most sufficient way to get leaner.
    personally i'd use something like test prop over test eth, because it doesnt bloat you as easily, and doesnt cause as much water retention as test eth..
    if it's your 4th cycle, i think you could use a lil more test in your cycle..
    so somelike like 750mg/week - prop eod injections as u know..

    ya, I figured slin was not the right thing, I just like it
    I dont bloat much with test-e and the water goes away.
    I think I will take your advice and go with 750mg.
    I will use 250mg 3x/week

    yeah bro, slin is a lovely tool, many advantages - but it has its disadvantages too, like everything else.
    sounds like a pretty sick cycle!

    I would do the HCG in the middle of the cycle (week 11 or 12) and at the end (Week 24).

    Middle, 1 cc for five days and then the same at the end of the cycle

    Make sure you put the HCG in the frige after you mix it, if you did'nt already know that
