Beginner, I just need some advice on a deca and winstrol cycle, dosage, weeks, any help would be appreciated.

dosages = 0 mg per week, each compound

i suggest you research more before diving into the world of steroids .........read the stickies and educational threads

depends on ur goals...I"m on a deca /winny cycle right not. Joints feel good, gained about 15 lbs so far ( wk 7) and as of last weeks my bf is down to 6.8%. but I train hard and do 5 hrs of cardio/ week. I've never used test...don't need to.

wk 1-2 200mg-deca
wk 3-7 400mg -deca
wk 8- 200 mg -deca

wk 4-11 winny 50 md/ED
also nolva 20 mg ED

that low dose of deca has never shut me down...I guess I'm lucky but you will never know unless u try!! Test is cheap..so y not...um **** the acne,bloat, hairloss...should I go on. I can spot a Test user from his crater face at a club..**** that

never shut you down huh?? because you'd know right??? did you go to a doc and get test levels checked during cycle??? just because you dont feel it doesnt mean its not happening......read hookers deca profile one more time and come back

Really? The only time I ever had acne is when I shot sus once a week. Bloat, almost none w/nolva and never had a hairloss problem.

deca and winny is not a cycle it's a good way to get limp dick and sore joints so why don't you punch the words first cycle into the search feature and look at about a hundret or so threads

umm..acually deca is used to help with joints..in fact I believe that's the main reason the drug was invented. My results from my cycle speak for itself. and lucky I've never had limp dick..except on pain killers

gr8t said your lucky because thats not the norm. I got deca dick while on test and deca because I was running the deca too high. It sucks if you like having sex.

noah..their right don't listen to me...run some test with the deca ..I am lucky but that is just how AS are. They do different things to different people. but if u do run test/deca/winny cycle..expect some good quality gains.
