with alot of help from the people on this board i am about 2 weeks from the start of my cycle.
week 1-4 30mg dbol
week 1-12 400mg deca
week 1-13 500mg test e split tue/fri
i have all my gear and pct materials on hand. just fine tuning now.
what is everyones opinion on using dbol as far as using it 7 days a week, or just taking it on workout days? wld i get any better benefits from running it every day for 4 weeks, rather then not taking it on off days?
just wondering. thanks for any input
You must take it even on your "off" days or you will disrupt it's affect, run for 4 weeks.
i thought i read something about not taking it on off days giving your liver a break. i might b confusing it with low dose dbol for longer cycles .Quote:

that would be stupid.........30mg a day for 4 weeks is not going to be taxing on your liver.......if you only took it on workout days....it would almost be out of your system when your workout day came....dbol has such a short half life that you dont want to go more than 8 hours without taking it
that was only for longer cycles of d-bol only, but that idea is stupid and a waste ....why would anyone want to take the weekends off anyways?
take it everyday bro its half life is short like 4.5 hours i think

i don't have a problem taking it everyday, just never used dbol b4 and wanted all the facts b4 i started....

if this is your first cycle, i'd recommend a testosterone only cycle.......but thats just me
