I usually inject into my glutes, and have never had any issues or pain. However recently I started using my quads as well (needed more sites...) and find it rather sore for days afterwards.
The pain is not just localized to the injection site, but rather the enitire length of the quad, even down as far as the knee!
I am shooting 2.5ml and am using site "thigh 2" from spotinjections.com.
Could I be doing something wrong, or is this normal and will pass in time?

2.5ml is a bit for the quads.........i get pretty sore from 1.5...its normal......just feels like a big charlie horse
All I shot in the quad is 1.2ml and it gets that charlie horse feeling for about 2 days. I like doing the quad though. I like to be able to sit down and see exactly where the needle is going.
ya the first few shots in the quad is really sore. The first one in each quad is the worst though, my leg was sore for like three days before it started to get back to normal. Anyway its normal bro once your quad is saturated with the jucie it will be fine
Ok, thanks, makes sense Just wanted to check, as it was quite sore. Guess I'll have to live with it then.
