when to take anavar

My guy got me anavar and not quite what i wanted, only got 30 pills around 100 mg a peice, he told me just one a day which is fine but i didnt know when the best time would be to take it? I wasnt sure maybe morning or noon

100mg var wow never seen em that big but i would cut it in half and take half in the morn and the other half at lunch

Ya I would cut it in half maybe even in quarters because i've heard good results are had with only 40-50mg/ed. Then you could run it longer. You could run a cycle of 50mg/ed for 8 weeks which I think would be the best. If in quarters I would take one in the morning and one around 2:00pm or so since it only has a 9 hour half life.

It would probably the best if you could cut them into smaller pieces but they are probably already tiny to begin with and this might be a bit hard. But if this is possible say 1/8 in the morning 1/8 around 2:00pm then 1/4 right before bed. But like I said this will all depend on the initial size of the pill.

100mg? It would be a pretty big honkin' cap. Also, var has a 9 hour half life. So if your caps ARE legit, you should break them at least in half, if not in thirds, and split the doses throughout the day.

IF they are are legit only take 50 mg daily not 100 I see that being overkill......
