I am on my fourth week of Test E@500mg Week, I know it takes about 4-6 weeks to see gains, but I'm impatient and I just want to know when you start to see yourself getting stronger because I heard strengh comes before size, I have only put on 5 pounds so far but havn't grown yet. Is an increase of 5kg on the Bench press a sign or could that be natural I'm just paranoid that my stuff Is dodgy.
