What Should Be Done?? What's Going on Here?

My friend just put 1.5cc of Test Cyp into his left shoulder. He had a tough time pushing it in for some reason, tougher than usual, and tried moving it in and out as he was doing it a little bit, trying to get it to go in easier.

it's been about an hour since the injection, and there is already a lump at the injection site.it's not huge, but it's there.

Why is this happening so fast? Could some of it have been injectied Sub Q instead of in the muscle, the lump is very soft. He tried putting ice on it and massaging it.

Has anyone had this happen? What should he do? The last thing he wants is an abcess, he has anti-biotics on hand.

Those lumps usually go away in a day or so. It happened to me the other day in my glute from a Cyp/Tren shot.

For me the lumps are the steriods themselves that end up dissolving or spreading out until gone.
