if someone dies or gets really sick from juice?

if a friend of mine sold some stuff and the person had a heart attack or got really sick ,or god forbid died, could my buddy get arrested , im in canada

ya thats manslaughter. Complicated issue but you can look it up, definately a serious offense man.

and i seriously hope none of this happened, and i sure do hope that your not planning on selling anyone any bunk gear. im not sure why youd ask this question but its very fishy. Know this tho, if you sell someone illegal drugs and they die from them, your going to jail for a very long time.

agree, manslaughter i would think. but then aagain in ocurt circumstances and knowledge of the contamination or health risks associated with the product would be taken into account
