    heart rate and clen

havent used clen since last fall.....took 120 mcg today. my resting heart rate is 96-108 bpm. seems a little higher than last year..anyway wondering if im still in the safe zone. took the clen about 1 hour ago. also does a higher HR mean a higher calorie burn rate at all activities, including training and resting? if conditions persist should i skip cardio today ot not?

resting heart rate should be between 40-90 a minute. around 70 beats a minute for a male is the normal.
