here's my first real cycle

First off I got some kind of sickness about 2yrs ago and didn't really think anything was wrong. Just thought I was tired. Found out that i wasn't digesting my food properly. So I had no energy and couldn't sleep. Before I researched this site I cycled twice and did two 4wk pro hormone cycles. All while I thought I was ok. Never really gained anything except the sides. Now I’m good to go. I worked out the whole time I was sick but now I dropped bf and gained muscle naturally. Current stats 192, 5'11", 25yrs, bf15-17% ? My diet and workouts are in check.

previous cycle exp

1st cycle
deca 300mg wk1-10
no pct

2nd cycle
sos 500mg wk1-8
no pct
ya i know my last cycles sucked

Here is what I got lined up.
t4 100mg eod wk 1-4 (t400 because can't get any prop :frown: )
test-e 400mg wk 5-14
bold 500mg wk 1-12
trib 2g's wk 14-16
trib 4g's wk17-till end of pct
pheendo's pct starting wk16

will keep nolva and armidex on hand
i know everyone will say to keep test higher than bold, but this is what i want to try.

I've not really messed with Susp, so can't comment on that vs. Prop. But I'd start your Test-E right off the bat. With how you've got it set up, you won't start noticing any real effects from it until Wk 12 or so, which is a waste IMO. Start it at the first of your cycle & you'll like it better.

As far as the Susp, I'll let those with more experience with it answer.

I'd still be wantin' the T-400 EOD, for a kickstart due to the short esters in it, but would still start the Test-E at the beginning.

it has 188mgs of test enanth, 187mgs of test cyp and 25mgs of test prop. i think that 187.5mg's of cyp/enanth eod should do as far as the long ester test go's. thx thoe

don't see how its a waste still getting about 350mg's wk of cyp/enth and a little bit of prop.


i know the prop should be run a lot higher but its what i got. i also have some power animal dbol and hmgear 4ad. should i throw one in for a front load.

any one ever use 4ad to front load a test cycle. i just hate the way dbol makes feel

Confused me abit with the T400 at the start and the Test Enth not starting until week 5

You've got the Test running longer than the Eq which is correct

So is the time between your last injection of Test and your PCT starting

Not too sure how long you should leave Eq before starting PCT

I'm gonna look now for you - you may be able to lower your Eq dosage slightly (to get it nearer you Test dosage) and run it a little longer

As i said i'm not too sure on that, but i'll check now for you bro

You need to have 2 weeks between your last Test shot and the start of your PCT
and 3 weeks between you Eq and PCT

You're currently running your Test for 2 weeks longer than your Eq, but you should only be running it for 1 week longer

So you can run your Eq for another week (which means you can also lower the dosage used)

At the moment you are using 500mg Eq for 12 weeks = 6,000mg
If you run it at 400mg and for 13 weeks you'd be using 5,200mg

This will save you 800mg of Eq for your next cycle

It will also bring your Eq level nearer to your Test dosage

You are currently using Test Enth for 10 weeks @ 400mg per week = 4,000mg
If you can boost this up to 500mg per week you'll be using 5,000mg

This means you'll need another 1,000mg of Test Enth, which is only another 4 vials!

Buying another 4 vials of Test would be pretty cheap

OR
Remember you've now got 800mg of Eq lying about

Perhaps your source would trade them for you?

Personally i think running the Eq at 400mg per week for 13 weeks is a better choice than 500mg per week for 12 weeks

You can then make sure you Test is higher than your Eq

And there is then 14 days between your last TEST shot and the start of your PCT

I don't think you should have any problems hitting 210lbs on that cycle

I haven't run that kind of cycle yet,

Might do a similar one for my next cycle.

40mg's 4ad wk 1-3
injectable b12 500mg ed wk now to end of pct
.25 l-dex ed wk 1-15
trib 2g's wk 14-16
trib 4g's wk17till end of pct
pheendo's pct starting 14days after last test shot

b12 should be 500mcg not 500mg

so every 100mgs 4ad you eat you get .75 of 1mg so 100mgs oral 4ad doesnt even give you 1mg of test!!!

ya i ment mcg. changed out the 4ad to dbol, but as far as 4ad gos i got mad strenghth on that stuff at like 90mg's ed. oh well.
