Am due to start my PCT tomorrow and will be running clomid tabs, i have them in 50mg per tab and my 9 week cycke consisted of 750mg of cyp per week and 35mg of dbol for the first 4 weeks. How should i run my PCT? I have been advised to take 100mg for 1 week but is this right?

You want to run it for 3 weeks. It should look something like this:
Week 1 300 mg, 100 mg, 100 mg, 100 mg, 100 mg, 100 mg, 100 mg
Week 2 100 mg, 100 mg, 100 mg, 100 mg, 50 mg, 50 mg, 50 mg
Week 3 50 mg, 50 mg, 50 mg, 50 mg, 50 mg, 50 mg, 50 mg
bump the above.
day1 300mg
days2-14 100mg
days 15-2850mg
personally i would run 20mg nolva all 28days also. it help recovery, and for some it lessens the clomid sides.
yes to the abouv and def run the nolva all the way through clomid therapy.
Run Clomid and Nolva for PCT as follows,
Correct PCT should consist of:
wk 1-2 Clomid 100mg/ED
wk 2-4 Clomid 50mg/ED
wk 1-4 Nolva 20mg/ED
wk 1-4 Creatine 5g/ED
wk 1-4 Tribulas 4g/ED
wk 1-4 L-Glutamine 10mg/ED
MultiVitimins and 1000mg/ED Vit C should also be included with Omega-3's and a Zinc and Magnesium supplement.
Make sure you increase your calories (eat clean) and also train hard. Rest is also a key ingredient (8-9 hours) and you'll maximize the chances of keeping your gains.
