Diet for Deca/Test E

any one kno a good diet to be on during a cycle like Deca and Test E

I would try the diet question forum... since this is a diet question afterall.

depends on what you are wanting to do. get as huge as possible with no concerns of body fat or try to gain half ass lean weight. once you figure out what it is you want to do with your body you should be able to figure out a good diet. if not you do not need to be doing a cycle anyway. later and good luck

i'm on the same cycle now and my diet is this:
9:00 am 5 egg whites, 0.5 cup oats, 250 ml skim milk, 30 g whey
10:30 am (snack) 2 slice wheat bread, 2 tbs. peanut butter
12:00 pm 5 oz. chicken breat, 3 oz rice, 4 oz vegies.
3:00 pm 5 oz. tuna, 30 g whey
6:00 5 oz chicken breast, 6 oz rice
work out
8:00 pm 5 egg whites, 25o ml skim milk, 30 g whey
11:30 pm oz steak, 300 g potatoes
4:30 am 3o g whey, 150 ml skim milk
