Not me.
In fact, I believe spot injections HURT the muscle. Because for me so many times my muscle will get warm as if its repairing itself from the injection for a few days. Not cool.
of ppl say a spot injection made an area bigger, its because that area puffed up and got warm for a few days.
nope.. just a urban legend.. will make a muscle swell up .. but no added gains on spot injections.. kept it in shoulders,glutes and legs
nope... ive heard spot injecting winny works though
only spot injecting that has ever worked for me is with PGF-2A
sure with gh and igf1 possibly suspension but it hasn't been proven either way.

Well I know that using fast acting esters will give the appearance of making the injected muscle bigger. Slow acting esters won't work in this manner, but I have had luck in making my triceps grow from spot injecting with fast acting esters and doing extra work on them.
thanks for the responses. Mabye ill give it a try with my tren a and stick to the norms with me test/eq.
