    Cycle Advise "Gains"

    My current stats our:

    weight:183
    height:6'2
    bf:7%
    age:18
    diet:20% fat 20% carbs 60% protein

    My question is on a cycle of test prop and tren

    at

    tren/100mg eod
    prop/100mg eod

    what kinda gains can i expect ...considering my stats

    p.s this is my 3rd cycle

    i was thinking the same thing
    what were ur other cycles, if just low test cycles i can half way understand just 3rd cycle sounds nuts for being 18yrs old

    2nd
    1-4 dbol/50mg ed
    5-10 deca/400mg ew
    1-12 250 test/500mg ew

    you've done 2 cycles and you only weigh 183 for 6'2"???? 18 is too young in the first place

    depends on diet and all peeps are different but u should get some decient gains, just be sure to come off correctly as in doing proper pct and what not and im assuming u didnt do pct thoughout ur first 2 cycles so be very sure in doing this and maybe see a doc if u can to get some blood work done cuz im sure ur blood levels are prety outa wack right about now but good luck and be safe

    i got some blood work done.. my test levels were up..kidney valves were cool

    Completely depends on your diet and training. Since you only weigh 183 and are super skinny AFTER three cycle. I would assume (and I am sure correctly) that your diet is very, very bad and you don't know how to lift.

    You might gain up to 15 pounds, but without a lifestyle change you will lose that in four-six weeks.

    I would start over. Get your diet right, learn how to lift, go natty until you are at least 200 lbs... but you have heard all that a hundred time and are in a hurry.

    hmm not to be a dick but 18 is a bit young to me. you should hit the gym for a few more years and continue to grow natural and then hit the juice at 22-23yrs. this way you give your bones and muscle's a chance to reach maturaty. sorry for spelling its early here still drinking coffee. now if you would have said something like anavar or deca or something else that doesnt shut down your natural test lvls so bad (like tren you want to take) then i think you would be better off. sorry for the negative post bro.

    Your diet must be the problem your Carb intake is way too low IMO. Your diet looks more like a cutting diet. Carbs are very important for growth.

    Check out my diary. You'll see in there that I regret not waiting another half year or so to build up more of a base. I was 6'1...maybe 6'2, and a little under 190. I wish I had gotten to 200 naturally before I started. I feel that with another 6 months to a year, I could have done it. But seven weeks in is a little late for regret. I would recommend waiting. Your frame can hold 200 plus pounds naturally. Waste of money IMO....just eat and train. I know I will hold off a year or two after this cycle and continue to train naturally. Good luck.
