Staying Lean While Bulking?
hey bros
im going to be trying to lean bulk in the fall...i am looking to compete for the first time next april here in NS.
no i was thinking of this for a cycle in the winter prior to my contest routine and diet.
week 1-10 test prop 100mg eod
week 1-10 tren 100mg eod (first time ive ever ran it)
week 1-10 EQ 500mg per week
with something like this i thought the test and EQ would help me to pack on some quality lean muscle without the fat and tren would assist in keeping my body in a fat burning stage with keep me lean. i know that some fat gain is inevitable in a bulking and its all based on my diet...which i will do further research on tonight.
some questions...
should i save this and go with this while im doing my contest prep?
should i ass winnies?
sould i add or drop some dosages?
