Gyno Only On One Side

I have a small lump under my left nippel, can youn get gyno on just one side?and dose gyno start small and get bigger or just come all at once? THANKS!!

yes u can get more on one side. no it doesnt come all at once.

Yes you can, I have pubery induced gyno on my left side, did a cycle of heavy tren , steroid induced now on the right side. Hell with my nipples hard it looks fine....I'll get surgey sometime....

you should have a gland behind the nippple. On my right side there is a gland, and on my left(puberty induced) there is no gland just excess fat that won't come off no matter how hard I diet. I even when to a doc and he said I didn't have gyno at all that everybody has different chest shapes. Eh whatever, I know I've got gyno. and My right side with the acutal gland looks 10x better then my left where its just fat, dunno.

i know what gyno looks like, you start to get bit-ch tits but what if there is just a lump under each nipple but not saggin? I had one under my nipple during puberty and it went away, but now i got one under both?

my buddy got it on one nip from some dbol he took during high school. I think it was dbol but not 100% sure to be honest. still only one fat nip.
