amount of protien on aas
I know it is good to take more protien on aas. I weigh 200 lbs and normally take in at least 300 ed. but my kidney has been hurting and wondered if 220-250 g of protien would be good enought for lean mass building and replace the calories with some complex carbs.

well for me i weigh 200lbs i try to intake around 300-350. but right now im off cycle, so its could be a lil lower. i dont know if protein would affect the kidneys. mine has never hurt, so it could be your gear or how hard you work out cuz i know when i do certain exercises, parts of my internal body hurts.

Are you sure it's a pain in your kidney(s)? I would worry about that..

too much protein gives me a belly and makes me poop.
i just make sure to get protein into my body at the proper times, i dont worry too much about actual grams. i know my body well enogh to know what it needs to grow though, so maybe thats just me.

i have 220+lbs of lean mass and i get about 500+ g pro a day if possible when on gear...
and i have no signs of over protein, sore belly, bad gass, stinky sweat...

protein being bad for the kidneys is total nonsense. Are u using tren?
On AAS I would shoot for 2-2.5g per pound of bodyweight.

I dunno bout protein being bad for kidneys but my biochemistry professor does say that if u have a high intake of protein you should drink plenty... I have read though about very high prolonged protein intake possibly being bad for kidneys..
