how many pills u take a day??

hey guys i was just wondering wats the most pills u take a day and if its healthy or not

with breakfast i take:
2 pills of MEGA MEN
1 pill of OMEGA-3
1 pill of cod liver oil
3 pills of milk thistle
2 pills of creatine CE2

with lunch i take another 2 pills of creatine
and another pill of OMEGA-3

for dinner i take the last omega-3 pill

also, i had some left over packets of ANIMAL CUTS
the syuggested use is 2 packs a day on an empty stomach each pack containing about 8 pills
so i took 2 packs before breakfast

thats 25 pills just during breakfast
29 for the day

i think i can do without the animal cuts - plus i just ran out however i ordered tribulus and glutamine pills so gfive me some input on adding those 2 and subtracting the animal cuts

i guess i shuld add that i feel a little weird...like in my stomach and i get a little light headed...maybe this is just from the juice ...

You have to listen to your body. I was taking lots of supps too. You can take too much.

as above, it is expencive and your body cant take up that mutch vitamins, you just piss it out,

i keep it simple... 1 pckg Animal Pak, 4 20mg pills of Anavar, and 1 Superdrol.

It is much more important to worry about potency such as mg doses than to worry about the actual number of pills.

i usually am around 10-15 pills a day. depends on where i'm at in cycles or coming off, in between. you might try to find some higher mg pills so you wouldn't have to take as many of one type of pill but don't increase total mg's of a certain one. i just came off a dnp cycle and i was taking 42 pills a day. that wasn't fun at all trying to choke down pills in the morning.

hows that working for you? never tried the superdrol. any libido loss?
