Gyno help

Hi guys i am just about to start a course of 200mg of deca and sust 250 1 jab of each a week, the thing is last time i did steroids i got a bit of gyno, and i'm wondering what would be the best way to stop this happening again.

nolvadex for the sust and vitamin b6 for the deca . Also you need to inject sust EOD you should have gone with a diffren't test if you only wan't to inject once per week.

so i gonna have to buy some more sust and inject it like 2 or 3 times a week ?

also do i have to take nolvadex from day one all way through course ?

I would do the sus 500mg/wk and shoot it eod. 10mg of nolva all the way.

Yes. I like proviron more while on cycle though.

Honestly man, if you already have had gyno, stay away from deca . Sell it to a buddy and get some eq. JMO (deca is where i received my first gyno experience.....letro helped tho)

i've read before if im not wrong that nolvadex can actually cause gyno when taking drugs such as tren or deca ...so stay with letro. its preaty strong stuff and it works
