    Loose weight..

    Take Medication..

    Water retention will also cause High BP... if you are on cycle and are retaining a lot of water it could be the culprit..

    if it's not aas related.. I would see a doc..

    its aas related, I got a high pressure in my head, feels like my head is soon gonna burst. any way the thing is that ive read that clen does it worse(BP) im going to start whith clen with my pct in 4 days, so im just curius

    that can be alot of things. do you have or have had problems with blood pressure before?. how old are you? weight ? age?all very important.

    if you had no problems beore at that age and weight normally you should have no problems, but you are taking gear, so this can raise your BP,what does your cycle look like and how many days have you felt like this?

    do you know anyone who can take you BP? if notdo you know of a pharmacy or a store that may offer a free blood pressure machine that is automated? some grocery stores or bigger places like a wal-mart have them. i don't know if you have walmart in sweden, but most big stores have one of theses machines. have you ever seen one?

    pct will look like this
    4 weeks wiht clomid
    4 weeks 4g tribulus
    ect.etc.

    Those machines are usually not very accurate

    here is what i would do, without knowing your pressure, if it gets any worse go to the emergency room if you have health insurance, and even if you don't i would go to one and just ask a nurse if she could take the BP quick, it takes 5 minutes. taking bp is easy and alot of people know how to do it. good luck, without knowing you systo/dyastolic, i can't tell you if you do have bp or how severe.if it get worse seek attention immediately.

    Sounds like you are elevated from what your normal BP would be...
    Hawthornberry extract an OTC suppliment has been known to help some...
    L-arginine & related NO2 OTC suppliments should also help in this area...

    There are also prescription drugs that get the job done...see your Doc...
