my stats, cycle, and diet
Ok then guys
Below i have outlined my stats, cycle, and diet
This will be my first cycle and i'm looking to bulk myself up
I'm not asking any questions here
just thought it could be of use to some of you to see what others are doing
Any feedback is most welcomed
Stats:
22 yrs old
6ft tall
185lbs
10% fat
Cycle: (first cycle)
weeks 1-12 Test Enth 500mg per week
weeks 1-11 Deca 400mg week
weeks 1-17 Nolvadex 20mg ED
weeks 1-17 Vitamin B6 200mg ED
weeks 15-17 Clomid PCT
Diet:
Meal 1
9:00
Protein & Carbs
8 egg whites
100g oatmeal
30g whey protein
meal 1 = 55g protein, 67g carbs, 9g fats
Meal 2
11:00
Protein & Fats
200g chicken breast
50g peanuts
meal 2 = 57g protein, 11g carbs, 31g fats
Meal 3
14:00
Protein & Carbs
130g salmon
300g sweet potato
1 banana
1 pint skimmed milk
meal 3 = 56g protein, 115g carbs, 0g fats
Meal 4
17:00
Protein & Fats
60g whey protein
50g peanuts
meal 4 = 58g protein, 15g carbs, 29g fats
TRAINING
Meal 5
19:00
PWO
Protein & Carbs
protein & carb shake
meal 5 = 50g protein, 80g carbs, 0g fats
Meal 6
20:00
PPWO
Protein & Carbs
130g tuna
300g jacket potato
100g broccoli
1 pint skimmed milk
meal 6 = 58g protein, 98g carbs, 0g fats
Meal 7
22:00
Protein & Fats
200g chicken breast
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
meal 7 = 45g protein, 0g carbs, 20g fats
Meal 8
0:00
Protein & Fats
60g casien protein
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
meal 8 = 46g protein, 4g carbs, 18g fats
I hope after taking the time to read this post it has helped you with a few ideas of your own

looks good. i would start the clomid earlier. thats all up to u. how does prot./carbs, prot./fats. diet benefit. i have seen people do it but how does it benefit from just eatin it all at all ur meals?

if you are looking to bulf up, why not throw in some dbol or anabol?

Oops!
Proteins = 425 grams = 1,700 calories
Carbs = 390 grams = 1,560 calories
Fats = 107 grams = 963 calories
Total calories = 4,223

I have copied the next paragraph from the "How to bulk" sticky in the diet section of this site. The following paragraph was written by "LeanMeOut"
The separation of Carbs and Fats- This is a hotly debated issue, but again, in my opinion, an important aspect nonetheless. Remember that it is often when you eat items and with what you eat them that is more important than what you are eating. A mouthful, I know, but stay with me. Remember that when you take in certain carbs, you can spike your insulin levels. If you are taking in fats when your insulin has been spiked, you are allowing the basic laws of physiology to act out, and you allow for a higher propensity for fat storage. Separation is key.

Diet looks good. However I would run Letro or Liquidex during my cycle. and Novladex (Tamox) later during PCT.

Yeah that's me in the avatar!
People say i look quite thick for 185lbs
They think my fat's quite low too
It's all in the diet bro
What do you guys think of the Anti E's i'm gonna use?
Is Clomid, Nolva and B6 ok?
Or should i use Liquidex and Letro?

Ok, i've done some more research
I need a S.E.R.M and an A.I in my cycle for proper estrogen control
So i'm now gonna run
Weeks 1-12 Test Enth 500mg per week
Weeks 1-11 Deca 400mg per week
Weeks 1-17 Nolvadex 20mg ED
Weeks 1-17 Vitamin B6 200mg ED
WEEKS 1-17 LIQUIDEX 0.5MG ED <---------- This has been added since last post
Weeks 15-17 Clomid PCT
"KFONT12" suggested i add Dbol to my cycle
I'm interested to hear other peoples opinions on this
Is it a good idea or not?
Remember this is only my first cycle

The way i see it Dbol will make me bigger and stronger from the start but it's only going to be water retention and that'll be lost anyway
I might add it because it's cheap and it will make a small difference at the end of my cycle (huge difference at the start)
The thing i'm worried about though is it's my first cycle and i don't know if it's taking things a bit too far

Like lucabratzi said, " i would start the clomid earlier." The Test Enth should clear your system 2 weeks after your last jab. The deca should take about 3 weeks to clear. Since you are running the test 1 week longer than the deca, this means you could potentially start PCT in week 14 rather than 15. I prefer to jump on PCT asap.

PCT does start after 2 weeks
Don't think i worded it clearly
Deca will finish in week 11
Test will finish in week 12
PCT will Start in week 15
ie:
Finish Test, have weeks 13 & 14 off (2 weeks) then start PCT in week 15 (after 2 weeks off)

Yep, you're right. Looks like I need to brush up on my simple math skills.
That should be a killer first cycle. Enjoy the ride and be careful in the gym when your strength shoots way up. Nothing will ruin a cycle faster than an injury.
