natural test production question

been trying to find the answer to this question. What's the amount of natural tesosterone that people produce at various ages?

I believe normal production is around 70mg a week. I don't know how it varies by age.

For a person at ages 20-40 produces about 30-50mg per week.

would a person who works out more frequently produce more natural test than someone who doesn't?

i ask this b/c when i work out more (naturally here), i can also feel my sex drive etc go up

the amount of natural test - combined with working out - wont make u arroused bro, 10mg a day for teens is normally how much the body produces.. compared to 500mg/week.. its nothing.
but yes, ive read in many places that when u work out, your test production naturally rises - especially with low reps..
but 10mg/day is a regular for teens anyway..
