Ketotifen has to be taken in a daily basis at 2-3 mgs preferably before bed.

i have read study on benadryl and ketotifen...
they are both classical anti-histamine in which both compound works the same..
i was wondering why.... ketotifen needs to be taken ed while benadryl every 3rdweek..

I don't know about benadryl (and i do not actually consider it as good as ketotifen)..but I know that Ketotifen has to be taken ED...believe me.
If you don't know it why do you not consider it as good as Ketotifen?

From my research, that's the best way to use benadryl I don't know why the Ketotifen dosing protocol is different...I haven't studied it too intensely, but when Dan Duchaine wrote about it, he suggested 1-2 weeks, every night before bed. I don't know where the every day protocol for ketotifen comes from, with regards to upgrading receptors.

I don't want to give advice on a compound I haven't researched properly. I have researched Benadryl extensively, and brought it to light for use with clen because the average person can afford it and get it...so I didn't bother with Ketotifen...yet.
Do you need a script to buy ketotifen? If not, what would you ask for if you went to a pharmacy to buy it? Is it marketed under a brand name?
For use with receptor upregulation I would use ketotifen the same way as benadryl. every third week. That other guy is quoting how it should be used as an antihistamine and this question isn't about you having an allergy.
