    water bloat and SAUNA

    i have posted many water bloat peoblem i am suffering from...
    many people ask me this "have you try sauna" i was wondering if sauna is actually effective in getting rid of bloat???

    yeah get in the sauna after you take some arimidex !

    no,cause once you drink something to replace the water and sodium/potassium you just sweated out you will gain it right back if not more.
    lasix will help.better yet.go see a doctor if its really a problem

    It will be effective for a short period off time until your body rebounds and holds more water.

    I wouldnt recommend diuretics as it is a cosmetic issue, they should only be used before a contest IMO. Again with the diuretics once you stop using them you will hold even more water than you where beforehand.

    I would use arimidex and drink a lot of water throughout the day excess water intake is a natural diuretic.

    i took lasix... 3 consecutive days.. 40 mg ... it didn't work!!!!!
    2nd week of PCT and bloattted is the same

    First:

    1) Drink lots of Water
    2) Watch sodium-intake and upgrade potassium intake
    3) Try a natural variant like Green Tea Extract (make sure it is 98% ECCG)

    But even before that make sure it is not just an estrogen-problem!!!

    how could this be... 2nd week of PCT and i havn;t loose water yet....
    i weigh the same!!!! i can;t be fat gain because i gained 44 lbs and i don;t think i can gain fat that fast... pllus my diet is not excessive calories
