    quick question

    is it a bad thing to not lift on a fixed schuduel......like some days im in late afternoon but others i can be in after lunch....and also on days of ur injection is there a proper rest peroid befor you should lift?? thanks bro just curiouis

    not realy but i alway's train at about the same time everyday

    I prefer lifting the same time everyday so I have the same energy level each time. But if your schedule doesn't permit lifting the same time everyday than what your doing is fine.

    go when you can go.... you'll be fine. i personally think as long as your muscles have had time to recover, you will be ok to work them out again...
