Being that I just got your pm regarding how you should eat, how many meals, when to take weight gainer, etc., I'd have to say at this point no cycle is best. Until you get that ironed out (see my pm about what to do in the diet forum) there is no sense in even thinking about AAS. Get that diet/training situated first, because if you don't, no AAS is going to help whatsoever.

either test e or test cyp would be great for a first time user. i wish i would have used test instead od deca for my first cycle, but if what swolecat is saying is true that you dont even know hwo to eat, that should be your first concern!
