Help prevent gyno

Hey guys I have been lifting heavy for four years and I am starting my first cycle this week. My older brother has been prone to gyno in the past, I need to make sure I run the proper PCT. What do you guys suggest? I've heard good things about liquid clomid and others but need some more info. I will continue to research but I would appreciate any input.

If you want to prevent gyno from occuring, run nolvadex throughout the cycle at 10-20mg per day.
Clomid is only used after the cycle is over to help you balls start producing again.

The problem is that he should monitor his cholesterol-levels if he is running any kind of heavy anti-estrogen even with an SERM like Nolva...

More and More data seems to support the idea that Steroids reduce natural-life span and health quality by f*cking up our cholesterol-levels (while we are on cycle --> which after the cycle, when "normal" values return still results in veins and arteries becoming and STAYING less flexible).

man if someone is prone to gyno definitely use nolvadex . if you can afford it use arimidex , many people use it to treat exisitng gyno it is very powerful.

Would it be safe for him to run the liquidex through out the entire cycle though? WOuldnt that eventually take his estro to "0" and really f**k up his cholesterol?

Can't give you a 100% correct answer to that one.

For a start i don't know his planned cycle

And you also have to remember that everyone is different

Depending on his cycle i'd run liquidex at 0.25mg ED
And Nolvadex at 20mg ED
Both from the start of his cycle to the end of his PCT

I could be wrong, but i don't think Liquidex destroys or removes estrogen from you body

Nolvadex stops estrogen from binding when your gear has aromatised

Liquidex stops your gear from aromatising in the first place

It stops gear aromatising - Not 100% certain if it removes estrogen that your body produces naturally

This is actually a question I've been trying to find the answer to for the last few days, but to no avail. I have read that letro and arimidex can cause an estrogen rebound, actually making your gyno worse when you come off. If liquidex is a liquid arimidex, then I would think that it would do the same thing. I have both nolva and liquidex on-hand just in case, but until I find out more about the rebound effect of the L-dex, I won't use it (unless signs of gyno appear of course).
