    Pasta while on gear

Ok, I had planned on staying away from pastas while on cycle (LBM cycle) but they are a complex carb. I cant get it out of my head that eating pasta is bad for you. Im sure its like anything in excess though. Am I wrong? Is pasta ok for an LBM cycle?

Pasta is ok, but i'd probably steer clear of it all the same

My reason for this is that it is not a pure/whole food
It is lots of things thrown together to make something else

Whilst pasta is by no means bad for you i'd look for an alternative source for my complex carbs

Check the diet forum to see what other foods are a good source of complex carbs

You should try and stick to pure/whole foods

    ie:
Something that grows - not something that is made

Hope this helps you out bro
