ephedra whilst on cycle?

hi, currently on sust 250 and winny, looking to cut up a bit.

I have ephedra sinensis which i stumbled accross in a herbal shop but its not tabs or caps its in the form of little tea leaves, the guy at the shop said to put 1 tspoon in boiling water and drink it as a tea and its the same as the caps..

is this true??

can i make an eca stack with this ephedra?? was thinking i would buy caffine tabs and asprin an have it with my ephedra tea in the morning.

I take 100 mg ephedrine pre-workout during and off cycles. Only used on days I lift. Coffee gets me through the rest of the day.

the leaves are ma huang...as far as effectivness ive never heard of anyone doing it that way
