Clen and cyto questions....Help me out

Alright, Im 5'11 280lbs. Ive been tryin to diet in the past and exercise but it only works to a certain degree i wanna get some serious weight off so a good friend of mine who is quite knowledgeable about steroid products suggested I take Clenbuterol and Cytomel together....What do you guys think....How much should I take? What should I eat? How much should i work out...I just want to get an honest second opinion from you guys because all of you seem like you know what your talking about...Any help would be graetly appreciated....

im thinking you need to research in diet forum area first... since thats 80% of it..
and clen can have some NEAT adverse affects on ya...
seriously diet is the biggest part of any phsyiological changes that are going to take place.

Yeah....I really need to get on a strict diet and only eat at certain times of the day but it has to be the same time every day otherwise it wont work as well

what works best is reading the stickies in the diet forum and compiling a diet to fit you needs and schedule
