I like dnp, and dont see why it gets such a bad rap. DNP does need serious respect but if you do your research and take the proper supps, and keep low dose I dont see a problem.
I have heard people say that they hate it and will never do it again, or that they had a bad experience with it, but I have never seen described what the s**t show was.
so if any one here has had a bad time, post it up. I would like to know more my self

The only bad experiences I have heard people have with DNP is getting a bad rash, or hives from their use, but I have only heard it from people who have been on it for an extended period of time, or at high doses. But I believe if you are taking enough antihistamine with it, that side can almost be diminished, but then again, it could just depend on the personQuote:
