did my right glute yesterday and today its red a little warm and doesn't hurt to much but its swolen what do i do is it an infection or do i take a hot shower and rub the injection site also i read that there another place on the glute i can inject where is that

Doesn't sound like anything abnormal to me espcialy if this is your virgin cycle. What did you use and size pin.

I wouldn't be to worried it doesn't sound like something to panic over. From the cycles I've done your first few will give you that nice warm feeling. Just keep your eye on it. You wanna make sure you massage it for atleast 2 mins. after you inject.

25 g 1 inch pin i clean everyting with alcohol swabs i don't really like in jecting into my glut its hard for me 2 do i feel like i move the pin arround to much is ther e another palce i can inject by my glute or some where else i do shoulder shoulder quad quad and cheek cheek
