I said the same thing...he said they are all low amounts and you find what you respond better to.
If I was to do someting like this...what would you change about it?
just run the test e and deca for 12 weeks if u want size.
from my research EQ needs 12 weeks (400mg) for the desired effect and you'd want 13 weeks of enanthate (400-500mg) with that. Most people here say enanthate only 1st time, but If you wanted more those 2 would be good together. Maybe add winny for the last 4-6 weeks (9-13), but I think the 2 will be good. NO MORE! You won't like the effects of what he designed for you and it was structured poorly......as he's simply trying to sell you lots of gear to pad his wallet well.
