Strain or pulled muscle....

I am on my very first cycle. Deca and Test. I am 3 1/2 weeks in. All of a sudden my right upper arm has been killin' me. Seems like all three shoulder muscles are involved and sometimes extends down to my bicep. Sometimes it throbs, other times I can't feel it at all...no pain whatsoever. Doesn't really seem like an injury because it doesn't hurt all the time, I'm thinking an overuse strain. Working biceps and chest and shoulders irritates it the most. Any suggestions. I'm freaked about taking time off. I don't want to waste gear.

well bro when you get on AAS it messes up your joints and ligaments, my shoulder oints are shot and the only time they dont hurt is when im lifting of on AAS. im young as hell to have this problem also, so maybe your moving to rapidly for your ligaments to keep upo with you. take some glucomsime and see if that helps.

if u r running deca that shld actually help joint pain... so i wld think u might have strained something.... or u cld have pinched a nerve sleeping wrong. i have often woken up and slept wrong and have a pain in the neck or back for awhile...

rest it for 2-3 days do 0 lifts that involve that region of the upper body, start stretching it throughly and heating it
if you rest/stretch/heat it properly should be good to go soon.

oh yeah if there is swelling ice it for a few first... then heat it so to lax it up so the connective tissu/irritated tissue can try and move back to its original pos if it was strained or the like.

the deca really didnt help my joint pains, still hurts like a bitch and hurted while i was on my cycle.
