my cycle were
test 500 1-10week
deca 400 1-10week
anabol 30mg 1-5 week
nolvadex 20mg ED 1-15 week
provironum 25-50 mg ED 1-10week
2-3 gallon of water.. ED
gained 44lbs...
diet... around 3000 callories only!
i am very very bloated... i am on the 3rd week of PCT i do not understand why i am still bloated... how long do i have to wait....
YES i took lasix.. (i know i shouldn't have) i lost a few pound.. but then i gained it all back within days.. :scratch:

pct is a DELICATE TIME! i wouldnt try to do anything outside the normal just try to stay as anti-catabolic as possible.
give it some time,you've run long esters.

i am 100% positive that it is not fat gain... because of my diet.. very clean.. and not even close to 3500 calories..
give it a couple months. you gained a ton of weight for 10 weeks. some may be fat and not bloat.

dont know if its a good idea , but when i use ephedrine all the bloat dissapears...maybe u can give it a try its cheap and legal in US..

the funny thing is.. i pee like a thousand times a day!!! i should be losing some water weight!! could this be fat gains???? 44lbs???? with a low calories diet...(dey say u need 4000-5000 while on).. my diet = 3000 only..... WTF!!!!
Just wait it out and continue with PCT, its not just going to disappear in 3 weeks, just as you didnt blow up in three weeks. Just continue with PCT, watch your diet, and do cardio when you wake up on empty stomach.

44lbs is a little too much.... my heart is dying... my blood pressure
take some hawthorne berry for your BP. or CoQ10 is good too, but more expensive. both OTC. i doubt you gained 44lbs of fat, but 5 or 10 lbs would not be unreasonable with your low cardio. even with only 3000 calories. i ate about 3000-3500 cals during my bulker. i only put on about 27 lbs, but some was fat and water (this is partly why i have a hard time believing that you put on that much weight with that low of calories because i did almost the same cycle and diet as you, but everyone's body's different). i did PCT for a month and then a month after that, i had lost 17lbs of fat and water from doing cardio 6 times a week for 30 minutes low intensity. i had a solid 10lbs of lean muscle gain, and looked bigger than i did with the extra 17lbs. you'll also have increased blood volume which can take several months to get rid of, but that would be 5lbs tops. (also plays into your BP to some extent). get some letro at 1.25mg ED or adex at .5mgED and run that for a couple weeks. should have ran that the whole PCT, but better late than never. i'd keep your calories up around 3000 so you don't go catabolic, 250g's or more of protein every day, and get on the cardio 5+ times a week at 65-70% THR. worked for me.Quote:

I would get a kidney panel done if the water does not subside. 44 pounds in 10 weeks is a mighty big load for your kidneys to handle.

i can;t get idex and letro or femara here in thailand ... u can;t even buy protein from the US....

Russia dog, 44lbs in 8weeks is really to much. I think you just gained allot of fat. And the fat is not going away till you do some cardio. What did your diet consist of. If it was bloat the bloat would have been gone a lone time ago.
Also post some pictures of you maybe that will give some answers.

i doubt there is some fat gain yes... but 44lbs..... i don't think half of that is FAT!!!!
and when my diet is so low in calories...only 3000.... my cousin went 4000 calroies, (he and i have similar stats) he didn't bloat and barely gain any fat... LEAN MASS GAIN!!!
can you possibly gain 20% bodyfat!!!???????? i was very lean before this cycle... i was cutted that you can see blood vain on my abs!!!! my skin is sooo thin.... single digits body fat.. now my midsection looks like i have 30% bodyfat!! and my cheek... is BALLOOON!!! i feel like my cheek is gonna POP!
