    how much gaining with TEST only

    Hello BBrs

    Would like to know how much I can gain with this kind of cycle:
    Week 1-10 : 500 mg Test Enth /EW
    Week 1-3 : 80 mg Test Prop /ED
    Week 11-12: -


    Week 13-15: 13= 40mg Nolva /ED, 14=20mg Nolva/ED, 15=20mg Nolva/ED
    of: Week 13-15: 13= 100mg Clomid /ED, 14=75mg Clomid /ED, 15=75mg Clomid /ED

    I am 44 and have been training since 15 years.

    my 2nd cycle i ran was test 500mg/wk for 10 weeks and i gained like 18-20 pounds

    you can gain a considerable amount of weight off test only cycles... keep in mind, a lot of the weight can contribute to water retention. Prop will keep water retention low.

    18 - 20 pounds, who thats a lot maybe i have to decrease the Test than, I 'd like to add + 12-14 pounds

    I think 500mg / week is good. You control how much muscle you want to gain. AS only does 20% of the job, the rest remains in your diet.

    so i can controle the muscle with diet instead of decreasing test?

    The test is not going to make you huge without a bulking diet. It will help out to a certain degree. I know 500mg/week of test is across the board normal for most first timers... some even go higher. You can run it at a lower does if you like, I was just making the point that your diet will impact your gains, AS won't do anything without food.

    if you really wanna bulk throw out the prop and use dbol for 1-4 and 40mg, granted it will be a lot of water, it will be good. heres how i think the more water you have, the heavier you lift, which tears down the muscle more, trhen it regrows bigger. so at the end when you shed the water you will still have gained great amounts of strength and size.

    Due to limited access to gear, over the years, I've often done twelve week cycles of just Test. Cyp. or Deca (two shots per week, 3cc. each) and four weeks of Anadrol thrown in just 'cause. Always got incredibly strong and big.

    Of course, I wasn't eating to get cut-up, but to bulk. Once went from 250lbs. to 285 lbs... Couldn't breathe or nothin', but could squat 675 for a few reps.

    That was nice!

    I can vouch for prop helping keep water retention low.

    Im on my 3rd week and Ive gained 5 lbs. Its not a huge gain, but my muscles are rock hard and cut more than ever. not bloated or 'smooth' looking at all. so it seems the gaisn are smaller, since its a low dose, but are more 'real'.

    Im not saying it wouldnt be cool to bloat up for 10 weeks and look big, but.... id get all sad when some of it goes away. i like it like this...

    I've been on a test and dbol cycle since May 22nd and I am up about 8-10 pounds from when I started. I think a lot of it is my eating habits and the extra bloat I have gotten from the dbol because the test hasnt even kicked in I don't think.
