The MTCN will be on the paperwork you receive after funds are sent....

You'll probably need to include the name of the sender and the location it was sent from...The receiver of the funds should tell what info he needs....what currency to pay out...

all you need is his name and country
in Canada if its under $999 you dont need I.D, so you can put bull shit name, but then you must give that name to the receiver.

..but if you have to get a refund for some reason, you'll need picture id with the name you used to send the funds..Otherwise you won't get the money back..

Yes but thats how AS business is. You can aslo get scammed on gear.
If I order for the first few times I dont like to use my real name. But I get your point.

I was told that you can write for a refund from western union, takes longer, but don't need the ID. Is this BS?

you can definitely write for a refund i am positive. I use WU every time i order have used it at least 12 times w/no problems, but if you read your WU receipt you can write for a refund and they will give it to you. Most definitely. I read the whole process once and i am pretty sure it does take awhile.
